Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided if the client cancels prior to 24 hours of their scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If you anticipate being late, kindly notify me as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be cancelled.

If there is time to proceed, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining slot.

Bridal Bookings

To secure your wedding date, please email info@remajebeauty.com.au.

A deposit is required to confirm your bridal booking. Your date will not be reserved until we receive the deposit.

Bridal consultations and trials can be arranged during the booking process.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide, including your name, contact details, and photos, will be kept confidential and used solely for booking, communication, and service purposes.

Travel Fees / Mobile Services

Our mobile makeup services are designed to bring beauty directly to you, wherever you are.

A travel fee applies based on the distance from our location to your requested service location.

Minimum booking requirements: Group of 3 – locally (Newcastle/Hunter Valley); Group of 5 – distant (2 hours or more).

A deposit is required. Your date will not be reserved until we receive the deposit.

The travel fee will be confirmed upon booking based on your address.

Public Holiday Fee

Bookings on public holidays are subject to artist availability. A public holiday surcharge will apply and be communicated at the time of enquiry.
